Changing plans is safe. Channels over your limit are paused, never deleted.
What happens when the trial ends?
New auctions stop, and everything else stays: rooms, settings, profiles and history. Subscribe, type /activate with your key, and you continue where you left off.
What if my server has more channels than my plan allows?
The extra categories and channels are paused. They are never deleted, and they work again as soon as you move to a bigger plan. Each subscription covers one server.
How do I pay?
Open a ticket in our Discord server and choose your plan. You pay with the method of your choice in the ticket and receive a license key for your server.
Does the bot handle the money between members?
No. AuctionBot runs the auction and opens a private ticket between the seller and the buyer. They complete the trade themselves, and staff can step in from the ticket.
Is it only for ARK?
The default template is made for ARK trading servers, but you can rename every category, room and item type. It works for any game or community that trades items.
Is there a yearly or lifetime price?
Yes. Paying for a year gives you 4 months free on Basic, 5 on Pro and 6 on Premium. Lifetime is a single payment for as long as AuctionBot runs. Choose Yearly or Lifetime above the plans and ask for it in your ticket.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Open a ticket and we switch your server to the new plan.
I run several servers. Do I need several plans?
Yes, each server has its own subscription. Ask us in a ticket for a multi-server price.
