1. The service
RoyalBid provides AuctionBot, a Discord bot that runs auctions, Buy Now sales and trade tickets on Discord servers ("the service"). By adding the bot to a server or buying a subscription, you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You use the service through your Discord account and must follow the Discord Terms of Service. The person who adds the bot or buys a subscription must have the right to manage the server.
3. Subscriptions
- Each server receives one free trial of 7 days.
- A subscription applies to one server, for the plan and the period you bought: one month, one year, or lifetime.
- Lifetime means for as long as RoyalBid runs the service. A lifetime license is for one server, cannot be transferred to another server, and keeps the limits of the plan bought.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions do not renew automatically. We remind you before the end.
- When a subscription ends, new auctions stop. Your server's settings and history are kept.
- Plan limits and prices may change. A change never shortens a period you already paid for.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are made in a private ticket on our Discord server, by the methods shown there. Your license is activated once the payment is confirmed. Payments are not refundable once a license is activated, unless the service was unavailable for a large part of the period or the law requires a refund.
5. Trades between members
AuctionBot runs auctions and opens tickets, but RoyalBid is not a party to any trade. Sellers and buyers are responsible for their items, payments and deliveries, and for following the rules of the games they trade in. Server staff moderate their own community.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal goods or activities, scams, harassment, or anything that breaks Discord's rules. Do not try to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the bot. We may suspend a server that breaks these rules, without refund.
7. Availability
We work to keep the bot online, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption. Discord outages, maintenance and updates can affect the service.
8. Ending the service
You can remove the bot from your server at any time. We may stop providing the service to a server that breaks these terms.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, RoyalBid is not liable for lost items, lost sales, disputes between members, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
